Strange Brigade: Curse Of The Mummy



Strange Brigade was a project that I worked on in a variety of capacities during it's long gestation period. Initially I was the project's GUI designer, responsible for designing and implementing changes to the menus to support the project's ongoing development and increased focus on character progression and exploration.

I left the GUI department to become a Game Designer on the Battlezone VR project. When that project wrapped I briefly returned to Strange Brigade, this time as a designer responsible for a variety of mechanics, the weapon balancing and a pair of levels, one of which was the game's final boss level.

My return to Strange Brigade was short lived. 3 months after all the designers moved off the Battlezone team there was a need for someone to return to that team in order to support patches, the "Gold Edition" and a contract to create a VR Ride version of Battlezone for "Two Bit Circus's VR Arcade" micro theme park. I returned to the Battlezone team as the sole designer, responsible for these tasks.
